Dawn De Rosa-Panaia is an accomplished education and communications professional with extensive experience in school operations, marketing, and community engagement. For the past nine years, she has served as Director of Operations and Admissions at The Greene School in West Palm Beach, where she oversees daily operations, admissions, and fundraising to support the school’s mission and vibrant community.

Before joining The Greene School, Dawn spent over five years at Jupiter Academy, where she led marketing, communications, and event coordination. In that role, she developed creative campaigns, produced publications, and organized major school events, all contributing to a strong and connected school community.

Earlier in her career, she was the Sports Information and Marketing Director at both Ramapo College of New Jersey and Marist College, where she made history as the first female Sports Information Director at the Division I level. Her diverse background, which also includes experience in real estate, reflects her exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and ability to build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Originally from New Jersey, Dawn holds a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Physical Education/Sports Administration from Montclair State University. She now lives in Jupiter, Florida, with her husband and twin boys.
