With an impressive career in education since 2002, Mychal began as a Mathematics Teacher and swiftly rose to various administrative roles in athletics. His journey in coaching kicked off at Atlantic High School, leading him to a successful tenure as Assistant Baseball Coach at Palm Beach Community College. There, he was instrumental in propelling numerous players into Major League Baseball and securing spots at prestigious universities. Under his guidance, the Panthers baseball team soared to impressive heights, achieving a national ranking as high as third.
Mychal’s expertise extends beyond the field. He is the former CEO of The Future of Sports LLC, a company dedicated to holistic athlete development through nutrition, speed and agility training, skill enhancement, and mental focus. His athletic career includes playing baseball at Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College, where he was coached by legends Kevin Cooney and John McCormack.
Adding to his impressive resume, Mychal served as Chairman of American Legion Baseball in Palm Beach County for four years. Residing in West Palm Beach with his wife Jamie and their three children, Peyton, Seth, and Pyper, Mychal brings a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to The Greene School.
